West Kazakhstan Marat Ospanov Medical UnversityThe department “General medical practice №2” was organized in 2008. The main goal of the department is the training in the internship of a specialist – a general practitioner (family doctor), who possesses the required knowledge, skills and practical skills for independent organization, and conducts preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitation activities for the most common diseases in adults and children in the primary health care system.The main objective of the department is the formation of professional internships in the specialty “General medical practice”, the training of specialists for the independent implementation of clinical activities in the primary health care system.
Since 2013 to 2017 a head of the department is c.m.s., associate professor G.R. Zhakieva. The present time A.S. Sartaeva is head of the department.Baizharkinova Ayash Boldybaevna, Turebaev Mukhit Nauryzgalievich, Altayeva Akmaral Mukhanbetovna, Ekibaeva Asiya Amanturlievna worked a long time at the department.During the existence of the department, 4 undergraduates have been trained: Iskakova A.N., Tuleuova A.M., Akhmetzhanova M.B., Tlekenova D.D.
Aigul Shynbergenovna Sartaeva – associate professor of the department, candidate of medical sciences. In 1996, she graduated from the faculty of “Medicine” of Aktobe State Medical Institute. The general experience in specialty is 20 years; the scientific and pedagogical experience is 10 years. Since 2005, she has been working at WKSMU. In 2010, she defended her thesis. She has the certificate of endocrinologist and therapeutist. She is a chief endocrinologist of Aktobe from the end of 2014. Since September 2015, she is the author of more than 15 scientific papers. In 2018 she was awarded a certificate of honor by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Gulzhakhan Ryskalievna Zhakieva – candidate of medical sciences, associate professor. In 1982, she graduated from the medical faculty of Aktobe State Medical Institute. Since 1986 to 1988, she passed clinical residency training on the basis of ASMI. Since 1990-1992, she worked as a doctor-therapist in City Polyclinic No. 1 in Aktobe. Experience in specialty – 35 years, scientific and pedagogical – 24 years. In 2001, she defended her thesis for a Candidate of Science in Moscow State Medical University. In 2010, she passed a re-certification in the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She is a doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialty “Therapy”, winner of the contest “Shapagat”. She is the author of 70 published scientific articles and 1 textbook and a book. Since 2011, by the decision of the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan she was awarded the academic status of “Associate Professor”.In 2017 she prepared 2 undergraduates. In 2019, she was awarded the badge “Densaulyk saktau isinne koskan ulesi ushin” of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Lyubov MuratovnaTulegenova – professor of the department, Doctor of Medical sciences. In 1982, she graduated from the medical faculty of the Aktobe State Medical Institute. From 1990 till 2005, she worked as an assistant at the Department of Pathological Physiology of ASMI. From 2005 till 2012, she worked in KazNMU. In 1994, she defended her thesis at the Institute of Physiology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty. In 2009, she defended her doctoral dissertation in the Research Institute of Cardiology and Internal Medicine of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Almaty). She is the author of 95 scientific works, 2 methodical recommendations for students and interns, 3 teaching aids, 3 innovative patents. In 2012-2014, she was a head of the Department of Internal Diseases No.1.In 2017 she prepared 2 undergraduates. In 2020, she was awarded the badge “Densaulyk saktau isinne koskan alesi ushin” by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Saubet Molbayevich Kelimberdiev – acting Professor of the department, candidate of medical sciences. In 1974 he graduated from the Aktobe State Medical Institute. He worked as a surgeon in the regional clinical hospital from 1974 till 1983. From 1983 till 1985, he studied in clinical residency, in 1985-1985, studied in full-time postgraduate study at the All-Russia Scientific Center of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR in Moscow. In 1988 he defended his thesis ahead of schedule. Since September 1, 1988 he worked as an assistant, then an assistant professor of the Department of Hospital Surgery of WKSMU in Aktobe. From 2000 till 2008 he worked as a chief surgeon of the Aktobe region. From 2008 till 2014 he was a chief doctor of the emergency hospital in Aktobe. In 2014-2015- a chief doctor of the private clinic “Aktobe”. Since September 1, 2015- acting professor of the department of the GP 2. In 2020 awarded the badge “Densaulyk saktau isinin uzdigi” by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Nuria Zakarevna Ibragimova – Candidate of Medical Sciences, acting associate professor. In 1983 she graduated from the pediatric faculty of Aktyube State Medical Institute. For 17 years she worked as a district pediatrician and for 5 years she was a head of the children’s department of Consultative-diagnostic polyclinic №1. Since April 2006 till present time she has been working in WKSMU. In 2010 she defended her thesis on the topic: “Pharmacoepidemiology and pharmacoeconomics of the use of bronchodilators in the treatment of bronchial obstructive syndrome in children in polyclinic conditions.” She is the author of more than 25 scientific works. She has the highest qualification category in the specialty “Pediatrics”. General medical experience – 34 years, scientific and pedagogical – 11 years. In 2019, she was awarded the breastplate “Densaulyk saktau isinne koskan ulesi ushin” by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Kuanysh Zhanbirshevich Sultanov – Candidate of Medical Science, assistant. He graduated from the medical faculty of the Aktobe State Medical Institute in 1978. After graduating from internship he worked as a surgeon in the central district hospital of Komsomol district of Aktobe region from 1979 to 1982. Since 1982-1997, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Hospital Surgery ASMI. Since 1984 -1986, he passed clinical residency training in the specialty “Surgery” in ASMI. In 1994, he successfully defended his thesis on the specialty “Surgery”. In 1997-1998, he was a deputy director of the regional branch of Mandatory Medical Insurance Fund. In 1998- 2000 he was an assistant at the department of faculty surgery of ASMI. In 2000- 2014- chief doctor of the Children’s Home. He has the highest qualification category in the specialty “Health Organization”, a certificate of general surgery. He is an “Excellent public health worker”. He was awarded with a jubilee medal of the Victory Day and in 2020 the medal “Enbek ardageri” by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Gaukhar Saruarovna Dilmagambetova – Candidate of Medical Sciences, acting associate professor of the department. In 1996 she graduated from the medical faculty of the Aktobe Medical Institute. After graduating from the institute, she passed clinical residency in internal medicine at the department of hospital therapy of the ASMI. 1999 to 2003 worked as an assistant at the Department of Hospital Therapy of the Moscow State Medical Academy named after M. Ospanova. In 2002 she defended her Ph.D. thesis in the specialty “Cardiology”. 2003 to 2007 completed doctoral studies at the Research Institute of Cardiology and Internal Diseases in the specialty “Cardiology” in Almaty. From 2011 to 2015, she worked as an assistant at the department of general medical practice, pediatrics and phthisiology of the faculty of postgraduate and additional education of the ZKGMU named after I. M. Ospanova. Since 2015 he has been an assistant, and since 2019 Acting Associate Professor of the Department of GP №2.
Irina Vladimirovna Ismailova – Candidate of medical sciences, associate professor. She graduated from the medical faculty of the Aktobe State Medical Institute in 1989. After graduation, she worked as an obstetrician-gynecologist in the regional perinatal center of Petropavlovsk, and combined the work of a chief genetics. In 1994, she entered the postgraduate study at the Aktobe State Medical Institute. In 1999, she successfully defended her thesis on the topic: “Modern aspects of diagnosis and surgical correction of various forms of infertility in marriage”. Since 1997, she worked as an assistant of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Eleonora Baktybaevna Nurbaulina – candidate of medical sciences, acting associate professor of the department. Graduated from AkSMI in 1994. Since 2007 she worked at the Department of General Pharmacology as a teacher, since 2015 – as a senior teacher. She defended her Ph.D. thesis in 2010.Since 2017, she has been working as an assistant at the Department of General Medical Practice No. 2, and since 2020, acting associate professor. Author of more than 20 scientific publications, is a trainer-teacher for general practitioners, nurses, social workers of primary health care in the framework of the educational program “Universal progressive model of nursing care for young children”, taking into account the new recommendations of UNICEF, GP doctor of the highest category.
Zinalieva Ainur Nurlibaevna – candidate of medical sciences, acting associate professor. In 1998 graduated from the pediatric faculty of the Aktobe State Medical Academy. After graduating from the academy, the worked as a district pediatrician of the GP №1. Since 2003 she worked at the departments of hygienic disciplines. 2010 she defended her Ph.D. thesis in the speciality “Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology”. In 2014, she completed an internship under the Bolashak program in the USA, Chicago, specializing in Public Health. Since 2020 he is acting associate professor of the department of GP №2.
Nazarbayeva Marzhan Koreshokovna – assistant of the department. In 1987 she graduated from the pediatric faculty of the Aktobe State Medical Institute. After graduating from the institute, until 1991, she worked as an intern of the pulmonology department of the regional children’s hospital in Uralsk. In 1991-1993 – Chief Physician of the Taupe Subsidiary of the Irgiz District. 1993-1994 – Head of the children’s department of the Temir Central Regional Hospital.1994 – 2010 Assistant of the Department of Phthisiology. From 2010 to the present time, assistant at the department of general medical practice №2. Author of 35 scientific articles. Doctor of the highest qualification category in the specialty “General practice” and “Pediatrics”. General medical experience -33 years. Teaching experience 26 years.As part of the educational program “Chronic Disease Management Program” is a trainer for GP doctors, nurses of primary health care.
Moldasheva Zoya Berdalykyzy – assistant of the department General medical Practice№2. In 1995, she graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Aktobe State Medical Institute. Since 2011, she worked at the Department of Internal Diseases №2 as an assistant. Since 2015, she has been working at the Department of GMP №2 (General Medical Prаctitioner). Total work experience in the specialty – 25 years, teaching experience – 10 years. She has published 9 scientific articles. She has the highest category in the specialty «General Practitioner», has certificates in the specialty «Cardiology», «Therapist», «General medical practice».
Begalina Dana Toleukhanovna – master of medicine, assistant. In 1997 she graduated from the Aktobe State Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine. In the period from 1997 to 1999 she passed clinical residency in dermatovenerology at the AGMA. 1999 to 2003 worked as an assistant at the Department of Phthisiology with a course of skin and venereal diseases of the ZKGMA M. Ospanova. From 2009 to 2015, she worked as a teacher of special disciplines at the Aktobe Medical College. In the period from 2016 to 2019, he was the head of the regional simulation center and the advanced training department at the GKP on the REM “Higher Medical College” in Astana. In 2018 she defended her master’s thesis in the specialty “Public Health”. Doctor of the highest category with a degree in Dermatovenereology. Has a certificate in the specialty “General medical practice”. Since 2020, she has been an assistant at the Department of GP No. 2.
Moldir Bekmaganbetovna Akhmetzhanova– Master of Medicine, assistant. Graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine of M. Ospanov West Kazakhstan State Medical University in 2012. In 2012–2014. internship training at the department of general medical practice. In 2014-2015. worked in the family medicine clinic of ZKMU named after M. Ospanov as a general practitioner. Since September 2015, he has been an assistant at the Department of GP No.2. From 2015 to 2017 she studied at the magistracy of the West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after I. M. Ospanova. In 2020, she was awarded the badge and diploma “Uzdik zhas maman 2020” of the Scientific and Innovative Research Center Nursultan city.Office-managers Leila Kablaevna Kuandykova, Marta Gazizovna Nurmukhamedova, Talandy Agadylovna Nurtuyakova, Arailym Adiletovna Serikbaeva also work at the General Medical Practice Department.
